The YBRM5DC-250 series of DC plastic-enclosed circuit breakers launched by Zhejiang Yingborui Electric, with their high adaptability and precise protection performance, are widely used in photovoltaic, industrial power distribution, and new energy fields, safeguarding the safety of industrial DC power.
This series has a rated insulation voltage of up to DC1200V and a working voltage of DC1000V or less. It supports multiple grounding methods and is suitable for the DC side circuits of centralized and distributed photovoltaic power stations. Overload protection (0.7-1.0 times the rated current) and short-circuit protection (5-10 times the rated current) are adjustable, which can cope with fluctuations in photovoltaic current. It can operate stably below an altitude of 2,000 meters without the need for capacity reduction.
With a rated current of less than 250A, it covers the majority of industrial branch line requirements and can protect cables, motors and other equipment. The structural design is moisture-resistant and dust-resistant, compatible with multiple grounding methods, and suitable for steel electric arc furnaces, automated production lines, and data center UPS systems, achieving millisecond-level fault isolation.
In DC charging piles and energy storage containers, protection thresholds can be set as needed to avoid overload and short circuit risks, adapt to the characteristics of different battery modules, and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

It has been widely applied in photovoltaic power stations in East China, factories in the Yangtze River Delta, and new energy facilities, and has been recognized by the market.
